At Ringtail, we needed to hire the best and hire fast. Jordan came on board and instantly identified the problem. Our hiring process needed to be overhauled. It was too slow and onerous for recruits. We had several candidates either bow out or get stolen by other companies. Jordan helped refactor our process to be able to go from phone interview to on site to a hire in less than a week.

Jordan found us excellent candidates. She sourced many herself and became the primary interface for all our agencies as well. This enabled our managers to get back to work. She handled initial screens, setting up technical phone screens and coordinating on sites. If the decision was to hire, she negotiated and closed. She never lost a candidate we wanted. She always closed. If we decided to not hire, Jordan did the breakup call. She always left the candidate feeling good about Ringtail regardless of the outcome.
