Scope of Project
• Listen to client’s Hiring needs and build out proposal for projected cost and time-line of hires
• Can act as Individual Contributor or a Recruiting Lead
• Full Life Cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing candidates
• Experience in Streamlining Hiring processes for multiple departments of tech companies
• Departments Include: Software Engineering, Hardware, Professional Services, Support, Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, Proposal Departments and More!
• Strongest with technical hiring, but I have hired for most or all departments of a tech company
• Can dictate quickly interview logistics and interview slates for various teams for maximized and efficient hiring results
Areas of Expertise
• Full Life Cycle Recruiting
• Meet 1:1 with each Hiring Manager to fully understand requisition and map timelines for hires
• Garner more candidate flow via rewritten and accelerated job descriptions; execute postings
• Strategic sourcing and Experimental recruitment strategies
• Manage Negotiations and Close candidates
• Fanatical about Positive Candidate Experience, even if we do not hire candidates
• Streamline hiring process throughout cross-functional teams; Can minimize time-to-hire by weeks
• Hire & Fire Recruiting Vendors, including additional recruitment agencies when needed/desired; Can negotiate those contracts
• Can help determine/purchase ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and organize workflows within them

• Aid in Retention of hires through consistent communication with teams and hires
• Exhibit company passion and energize candidates for company’s mission, leadership and products/solutions
• Candidate Experience: Create a safe, confidential and FUN recruiting process for candidates
• Mediate tense relations between employees and management, as a trusted advisor to both parties
• Unofficial company photographer at company events and parties

Training/Mentoring of recruiters, Setting up best practices, Growing teams, Vendor management.
Able to work domestically or internationally.
Creative Hiring Strategies
• Can orchestrate and execute recruiting events
• Implement Employee Referral Bonus Programs for companies
• Initiate and Create Internship programs for teams seeking junior talent
• Represent companies at Job & College Fairs, Networking events, Meet-Ups, Conferences
