Edifinder Background
- Jordan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Degree in Communications, with a focus on Radio-Television-Film. She has over 15 years of experience in the business world. She originally got into sales and then segued her career into recruiting because it is a form of sales where she is able to help people
- Jordan spent seven years recruiting for two well-known recruiting agencies, where she honed her craft. This empowered her to step out on her own, consulting as an in-house, corporate recruiter at some very progressive companies over the last eight years. It is invigorating and exciting for Jordan that some of her clients have been Google, Amazon, Radiant Solutions, DigitalGlobe, HumanGEO, Demand Media (now Leaf Group), Spredfast, RoyceGEO and Ringtail Design!
- She enjoys helping people more than anything, and that is why she thrives in career coaching. She is extremely transparent, which helps build trust in any relationship. Jordan understands the market and has a unique perspective. Because she is an encourager and due to her recruiting background, she is adept at helping people identify their strengths and weaknesses. This allows her to help them to find their niche in the business world.
